We adopt a four step change model plan-do-check-act cycle, also known as Deming Cycle before implementing any initiatives:

Plan: Identify the opportunity and plan for a change
Do: Implement the change on a small scale
Check: Analyze the results of change and determine whether it made a tangible difference
Act: If the change was successful, implement it on a wider scale and continuously assess the results

If the change is not be satisfactory, we begin the cycle again.
