• About Sevana Kizhakkambalam, a prosperous village east of Cochin owes its success partly to a man who dared to dream differently - C. P. Philipose. His dream was to find an alternate industrial culture with a humane face. The dream took shape as Sevana and successfully spread it's wings in many fields and became a synonym for sound business practices. Apart from its credo of offering quality products at realistic prices, the success of Sevana lies in the path breaking adoption of decentralized manufacturing, a novel initiative towards the industrialization to benefit everyone, the community around, employees, customers and the economy of the country as well.

  Sevana engages over two hundred families in and around the village where the company is located, to supply ancillaries, assembled products and ensure product quality at every stage of manufacturing. Each product thus assembled undergoes a thorough quality check by the quality assurance wing of the company. Thus ensuring the products are keeping highest quality standards envisaged by the company. The products marketed by the company are conceived and designed by the associate company Sevana Engineering Research Centre Private Limited. This research and development arm of the group is in constant interaction with the users of our products and they follow up the inventions and new technologies from around the world. The Sevana way of decentralized manufacturing is considered the appropriate model for industrial development in countries like India where mass production should be achieved by involving masses and if possible not by expensive manpower eliminating production techniques. Eminent economists and industrialists consider this as a suitable model for industrialisation in our part of the world. The Chairman The motivation, spirit to achieve and unrelenting commitment of our founder along with his sound knowledge in industrial engineering and technology spurred the growth of Sevana Group. Being a humble human being, a real technocrat and an astute leader, Mr. Philipose brought the never compromising entrepreneurial spirit and quality culture in Sevana. His achievements prove that backed by knowledge, confidence, values and innovation, we can achieve success and reputation in the business. He is passionate to transfer his spirit and initiatives to the next generation and take meticulous efforts in guiding everyone works along with him. A good quantity of material produced in the world is damaged due to oxidation, attack of rodents, microbes and the like. A considerable amount of damage can be eliminated by proper packaging and storage. Unfortunately good packaging and storage technology has not reached the under developed or developing countries. This is mostly because; the packaging systems and technologies evolved in the developed countries are too expensive for poor countries to afford. Sevana with it's engineering know how and sound manufacturing practices took up the mission to find a solution to the innumerable packaging hardships faced by the industrial units and hence the Sevana Packaging. We at Sevana take a mission to develop packaging machines and packaging lines of superior technology and quality but affordable price to under developed and developing countries. The success and acceptance to our mission motivated us to explore the possibilities in other segments and lead to the inception of various companies. Corporate Office Our corporate office is situated at Kizhakkambalam. The corporate office monitors and coordinates the marketing, finance, R&D and product innovation activities of every companies. The different companies reports to the chairman and the decentralized management helps to be effective and quick in implementation of corporate policies and guidances.
